Who we are
Challenger Coach is a personal League of Legends coaching site operated by Manuel Scala ("Pancake"). This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, what we use it for, and who we share it with.
What data we collect
- When you sign in with Google or Discord: your name, email, and profile picture, as provided by that service. - When you buy a coaching session or a guide: the transaction data processed by Mercado Pago — we don't store card numbers or payment details directly. - When you book a session: the date, time, and duration you chose. - Data you choose to set on your own profile: a generated avatar and a title, among the badges you've earned on the platform.
How we use your data
- To create and maintain your account. - To process your purchases and track your available coaching hours. - To coordinate the sessions you book, which are held over Discord. - To show you your own history and progress (badges, sessions, guides) within your account.
Who we share data with
- Mercado Pago, to process payments. - Discord, to the extent needed to coordinate the session you booked. We don't sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising.
Cookies
We only use the cookies needed to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to correct or delete your data by reaching out on Discord.
